Unleaded Software’s office lies on the border of the Curtis Park Neighborhood and the Ballpark Neighborhood.
Rooftop Natural Gas Generator
Allstar Electrical installed a natural gas backup generator to ensure uninterrupted power to the Unleaded Software web hosting and web development. This was a rooftop mounted generator. An aluminum enclosure was selected. An Optima Red Top battery was added to ensure starting in cold conditions.
New Electrical Services
Allstar Electrical installed three seperate 200 Amp panels on the property, replacing the existing 100 Amp service. In order to do this the sidewalk in the public right of way needed to be broken up to run new conduit and leads to the underground electrical vault. New wiring for the Unleaded Software web hosting infastructure was installed.
Clark Broadway Building Offers Creative Work Space
The Clark Broadway Building at 2314 Broadway is an urban loft style creative office. Housing the operations of Blonde Productions Group, Unleaded Software, Trade Show Emporium, Unleaded Media, Digital Peabody and Octane Coffee.
